This is done to promote the mediocracy of others...
Although, people of all ethnicities and economic classes have contributed to the building of this country and the World...
The goal is for you to believe and put faith in the lies that inundate us daily...To start believing that you and your story are less than...
To have you believe and put faith that your accomplishments were due to your ethnicity or gender...That your education and economic achievements were due to you not really being qualified and/or not earned...
We combat this by leaning into the truth...Your story...You matter...
What cannot be erased is that which already exists...You...

My Father was an Army veteran who fought in the Vietnam conflict...He was drafted...During this conflict, he earned the Bronze Star and Purple Heart medals...Also while in the Army, he was stationed in Panama, where he met and married my Mother...
My Father was the youngest of his siblings and his Father was a sharecropper in South Carolina...Which means that my Great Grandfather was touched by Chattel Slavery...Either directly or through his parents...My Great Great Grandparents...
My parents produced my Sister and Me.
Due to my Father being in the Army, our Family lived throughout the U.S. and overseas...We drove across this country (NYC to California)...Stopping to do the knowledge of this country...
