In this past Super Bowl,  without Diversity,  there would not have been...

-Jalen Hurts,  Saquon Barkley,  AJ Brown, D. Smith...10 of the 11 players of the Eagles defense are Black...(Starters) 

- Mahomes, their back field,  majority of their receivers...Chris Jones...

- No LeBron,  KD, Steph, SGA, Wemby, Tatum, Brown, Anthony Edwards, etc...

DA WAR... POLITICS

In a War, there are many Battles...The objective is not to Win every Battle, it's Not To Lose... Sun Tzu, The Art of War

In reading many posts regarding politics, many have focused on the Democratic Party being the lesser of two evils, both parties are the same and/or the Democratic Party has taken Black people for granted...Additionally, these posts have only focused on the Federal Level...

I've read the Analogy that America is a burning house... Let it burn down...I agree,  it is a burning house... The statement, though,  is not complete...

You still in the House ..

You are pointing at others saying they're stupid for trying to save the house, while the FIRE is engulfing you from behind & the roof is falling on your head...

To win battles within a War,  one must put themselves in the best positions, and fight from the higher ground, not uphill...

One must accurately assess the scenario in order to have success...

Instead of making the aforementioned statements about the Democratic Party, ask what have you done to make them do anything for you (community, country, etc.)?... Ask what have you done to make your State/County/Municipal Governments serve the interests of your community?

This country was founded on Racism,  ergo it's political system will be based upon this system...History 101...

If supporting a 3rd party is your route,  what are you doing to make it viable?  If you're just voting only, aren't you doing the same as the people you're criticizing that vote Democrat as it relates to not doing anything else? 

Are you not aware that even if a 3rd party candidate won the Executive office, they would not have Congress (Senate/House)...They would not have the States/Counties/Municipalities...

If you choose to not be involved in politics,  are you not aware that you are still involved in politics?... Taxes,  Healthcare, Laws, Schools, State/County/Municipal  policies,  Infrastructure, support of foreign governments, etc... Are you not aware that you're allowing others to make decisions for you?... 

Spending your tax dollars that come out of your check...

Get out of your feelings, stop focusing on these politicians as though they have a personal relationship with you,...

Get involved...Get involved... Get involved...

On any of the Levels...

Be the Change that you want to see...

Educate yourself on what it means to utilize the instruments available, ie. The Democratic Party (the Republican party has been taken over by MAGA) or build up a VIABLE 3rd party... 

Symbolic votes or sitting out will not help you...

 Help to position us to be on the Higher Ground Position...2 Fight Effectively...

Help to create that which you want to see & live in...

Or

Continue to be the Sheep that you criticize others of being...Easily distracted into non action...

By repeating the same mantras, seeking a different result... Which is a definition of...

DEI allows for that competition from individuals, who are qualified, and would not have the opportunity, due to Racism/ Discrimination,  to be able to manifest their/our abilities...

Those who are against DEI, consciously/subconsciously,  advocate and/or support those who don't want this smoke/competition...

They want to operate within their mediocrity...
