In order for that to happen, one must compete against competition...& Turn up when necessary to stay on point & excel...
DEI allows for that competition from individuals, who are qualified, and would not have the opportunity, due to Racism/ Discrimination, to be able to manifest their/our abilities...
Those who are against DEI, consciously/subconsciously, advocate and/or support those who don't want this smoke/competition...
They want to operate within their mediocrity...
Visual...1930s/1940s- MLB, NBA, NFL, etc... versus the 1990s/2000s versions...
